Tel Aviv Region & Coastal Plain
Some of Israel's most exclusive residential areas are situated along the coast and close to Tel Aviv, The city that never sleeps with it's bustling lifestyle in neighborhoods such as Neve Zedek, Jaffa, offering modern living alongside thousands of years of history, townhouses in Zamereth, Tel Baruch and northern quarters, as well as high rise living in the new residential areas dotted around the city offering syunning views, Tel Aviv has excellent road rail connections to the rest of the country and is currently developing a light railway and metro network. Just up the coast from Tel Aviv lie Herzliya's Pituach and Bet neighborhoods with their luxury villas and townhouses, Arsuf is offering clifftop luxury in a rural setting, Kfar Shmaryahu with its air of graceful opulence, Netanya with its cliff top gardens offers a taste of the Riviera, high rise duplexes, penthouses and family homes, and of course Caesarea with its residential elegance in a stunning location close to the sea and the ancient Roman city bearing the same name, Caesarea also offers world class golfing, sometimes of a rarity in Israel. Rural Living In The Sharon Region
Perhaps you are more interested in a more relaxed country atmosphere, the leafy Sharon Plain offers a coice of rural living communities such as Udim, Bazra, Bnei Ziyon, Sde Varburg, Hofit, Even Yehuda, Givat Ada, Binyamina, Pardes Hanna and Beit Yanai among others, these communities offer single family dwellings on large plots of land, a relaxed and secluded atmosphere, easily accessible to shops and amenities. Rural yet close enough to Tel Aviv and the center of the country for an easy commute by car or train.
For families relocating from overseas for work or diplomatic service Even Yehuda is located nearby with American International school.
Haifa &The Carmel Range
Zichron Yaakov on the flanks of the Carmel Range offers genteel living with an old world atmosphere, fine restaurants and cafes, views over the coastal plain to the sea, or across the Menashe Hills to the east within less than an hour from the center by train. Located on the promontory of Mount Carmel into the Mediterranean and along the seashore of the bay, Haifa is a vibrant multicultural working port city offering a fantastic vibe with excellent vistas in every direction: the city is the home of the world center of the Bahai faith with it's golden dome and breathtaking hanging gardens. Haifa's Denya neighborhood offers detached residencies at the peak of the Carmel. The townhouses along Yefe Nof street offer stunning views over the harbor and bay all the way to Acre and beyond. Haifa has excellent transport connections to the rest of the country.


North Of Israel
North of Israel offers secluded luxury and often breathtaking views in a variety of areas including the Jezreel Valley and the Galilee. In the Jezreel Valley Kiryat Tivon, Alonei Aba, and Bethlehem of the Galil offer privacy away from the bustle of the city alongside nature reserves and with views of the Carmel Range, the valley and mount Tabor in the distance. they are a short drive from Haifa and there is a railway link to Haifa and the center of the country nearby.
Nestled on a hillside in the Galilee region Rosh Pina is heaven offering a cozy lifestyle, a buzzing culinary scene alongside plenty of amenities, there are many attractions nearby including the sea of Galilee, the mystical city of Safed, the Hula nature reserve and bird sanctuary, the Golan Heights and Mount Hermon, Israel's only ski resort.
Rosh Pina is about an hour's drive from Haifa and two hour drive from Tel Aviv. There is no rail link from Rosh Pina to the rest of the country, Mahanayim airfield is located nearby and offers flights to the center of the country. If you're looking for a more relaxed lifestyle surrounded by nature Kfar Vradim might be the community for you, located in the upper Galilee region this leafy village is close to the Kziv stream nature reserve, the Montfort crusader fortress, Maalot Tarshiha and Montfort Lake, it is also a short drive from the coastal town of Nahariya.
Jerusalem & Environs
The foothills leading up to Jerusalem envelop a number of charming communities which offer a pampering lifestyle, fresh mountain air and views towards the distant coastal plain, these include Tzur Hadassa, Shoresh, Shoeva, Aminadav, Mevaseret Zion, Motza and more.
The ancient and modern city of Jerusalem, capital of Israel and seat of the Knesset, is a fascinating mosaic of sights, sounds, smells and cultures, the city draws visitors and pilgrims from around the world. The architecture is a heady mix of ancient and modern, with European and local influences. There are a number of desirable addresses in the city, among then Ein Kerem with its village vibe, Rehavia and Talbiya with their townhouses, The German Colony and Baq'a with their elegant old world European atmosphere combined with boutiques, restaurants and bars.
Yamin Moshe offers exclusivity and is within walking distance of downtown Jerusalem, The Old City, and the excellent light rail service, which is currently being extended to serve more neighborhoods. The city is a short train journey from Ben Gurion international airport and Tel Aviv (around 40 minutes), thanks to the recently completed high speed rail link.

The South & Eilat
The south of Israel is relatively sparsely populated, however there are a few communities that offer luxury living. Be'er Sheva, the capital of the Negev has new high- rise residential complexes complete with doorman, pools and gyms, in addition there are a number of neighborhoods with single family dwellingsand townhouses, among them Ramot, Neve Noy, and Ne'ot Lon.
This vibrant university city with its new high tech development and business park is attracting young professionals and their families and is undergoing an unprecedented growth spurt. Be'er Sheva is just over an hour from Tel Aviv and the center by train. For those looking for a more rural atmosphere Omer, a rural community on the outskirt of Be'er Shevs has much to offer.
For those looking for a more serene lifestyle with desert vistas on the rim of the Ramon Crater could be the place. The town is poised to undergo significant development in the coming years with low rise, townhouse and single family dwelling projects offering many investment opportunities, Mitzpe Ramon is relatively remote and is not served by the rail network.
Eilat is located at the southern tip of Israel and borders Egypt and Jordan, with stunning views over the Red Sea Gulf towards the mountains of Edom and Saudi Arabia. The city is Israel's premiere resort destination offering pampering hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes as well as shopping and numerous tourist attractions, including desert tours, marine activities, not to mention diving among the exotic corals and colorful fish along the reef at the southern shore.
There are a number of residential neighborhoods offering townhouses and single dwelling properties in Eilat, among them Ganim A, Rova 4, and Mitzpe Yam. There are also a number of high rise projects in the city with penthouses offering amazing views across 4 nations. Eilat is an ideal location to purchase a vacation home, an investment property, or for a short term vacation rental. Eilat also has the added attraction of being a free trade zone, exempt from Israeli VAT.
The city is about to undergo development following the relocation of the airport, which used to dissect Eilat, to the new Ramon International Airport at Timna, a 15 minute drive to the north of the city. Flights from Ben Gurion Airport to Ramon Airport take about half an hour. The city is about a 3 and a half hours from Tel Aviv. There are plans for high speed rail link between Eilat and the center of the country.
